Free giveaway account terms

A free account

Creating this account costs nothing, starts no subscription and requires no payment card, exercise, referral or marketing consent. It gives you access to the giveaway entry page; paid training and mentorship are separate services.

The account holder

The account holder must be at least 19 and the age of majority where they live. A parent or legal guardian may create and hold the account in their own name for a younger athlete. Keep your email and password secure and provide accurate information. Use your existing AXIS account if you have one; duplicate accounts cannot increase one person’s entry limits.

Entering a giveaway

An account is not itself a contest entry. After email verification, read and accept the rules and eligibility requirements for the specific draw. Entry totals, countries, dates and prizes are governed by those rules. We do not enroll you into future giveaways automatically.

Your information

We use your account name and email to authenticate your account and provide support. If you enter, we also record your eligibility declaration, country, accepted rules and entries to run and audit the giveaway. No child’s date of birth, identity document or home address is needed to create this account. Shipping information is requested from a verified winner only. See the AXIS privacy policy and the draw rules for more detail.

Closing your account

You can request account deletion in Account or contact support@axisbasketballdevelopment.com. Closing the account withdraws its entries from any undrawn giveaway; an anonymized entry audit may remain. Records required to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations may be retained as allowed by law. A paid membership is not required to exercise these rights.

Later choosing training

You must separately accept the training purchase terms and risk disclaimer before buying training access. We do not treat acceptance here as acceptance of a paid service or its liability terms.
