2. Dates and daily boundary
- Opening: October 19, 2026 at 5:18 p.m. Vancouver time (UTC−7)
- Closing: December 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Vancouver time (UTC−7).
- Random draw: December 21, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Vancouver time (UTC−7)
All daily limits use Vancouver time, UTC−7, regardless of your device or travel location. Entries must be received by the server at or after opening and strictly before midnight immediately following the displayed closing date. A saved practice date does not backdate an entry. The first draw is separate from any later monthly giveaways.
3. Eligibility
Eligible countries of residence: Canada, United States
United States means the 50 states and Washington, D.C.; U.S. territories are excluded. Hong Kong, Mexico and all other countries are excluded from this round. There is one combined prize pool, with no prize allocated to a particular country.
The entrant and account holder must be at least 19, have reached the age of majority where they live, and meet all published territory requirements. A qualifying parent or legal guardian may enter in their own name for a younger athlete; the guardian is the entrant and prize recipient. A child’s statement that a parent agrees does not replace the parent’s confirmation. Only one person may enter through an account, and each person may use only one account.
AXIS owners, employees, administrators, mentors and people directly involved in running the promotion, and members of their immediate families or households, are excluded. Test accounts, automated entries, duplicate identities and entries submitted through another person without authorization are not eligible. We may request proportionate evidence from a selected entrant to verify these requirements. No government ID or child’s date of birth is required on the entry form.
4. The prize
One confirmed winner receives one pair of Nike Kobe basketball shoes. AXIS will confirm the winner’s shoe size before purchasing and will source an available pair within a CAD $600 shoe-purchasing budget. AXIS also pays standard shipping and applicable import charges. The image shows examples; it does not promise a particular model, colourway or every pictured pair.
Estimated maximum prize value: CAD $600.00. The actual value varies with the available model and size; no specific model, colourway or CAD $600 retail value is guaranteed. There is no cash alternative or cash payment for any difference from the purchasing budget. AXIS aims to source and dispatch the pair within 30 calendar days after winner verification and confirmation of size and delivery details. If a suitable Kobe pair is unavailable within the CAD $600 shoe budget, AXIS will notify the winner before that deadline, offer available Kobe models in the correct size, and agree a longer sourcing period in writing with a new target date and an update at least every 14 days. AXIS remains responsible for awarding the pair; stock or carrier delays do not disqualify the winner or transfer the prize to someone else. AXIS covers standard shipping and applicable import charges. Mandatory local fulfilment deadlines take precedence over an agreed extension.
The prize cannot be sold or transferred by AXIS to another selected entrant merely because the winner declines a photo, testimonial or marketing consent. Any optional publicity permission is separate from prize acceptance. Personal tax obligations, if any, depend on the winner’s local law.
5. Signup and included Select entries
Use your existing AXIS account or create a free giveaway account at the free account page. Verify your email, enter the adult entrant’s legal name and country, and affirm eligibility and these rules. This enrollment records one signup entry for this draw, whether your account is new or existing. An AXIS Select member receives one additional base entry automatically.
Every eligible entrant can reach the same two base entries without a paid membership: use the free bonus button on the giveaway page. If the Select bonus or free bonus has already filled the second base slot, another claim or upgrade adds nothing. Renewals and repeated upgrades do not create more base entries. A later cancellation or downgrade does not remove valid entries already earned.
6. One daily entry, with a free option
After enrollment and during the open period, one qualifying saved workout can add one daily entry automatically. A qualifying save is a court or strength session accepted by AXIS’s server; a valid partial-session save qualifies. You can instead press the free daily entry button once each Vancouver calendar day, without doing a workout or buying anything.
Both methods fill the same one-entry daily slot. A second workout, repeated save, retry, free claim after a workout or workout after a free claim does not add another entry that day. Do not split or repeat workouts for entries. Take rest days and follow your training plan. No streak, referral, social share, longer workout or marketing signup earns extra entries. Missed days cannot be claimed later.
The combined maximum is two base entries plus one per eligible calendar day from enrollment to closing. Late entrants have fewer days available. All methods are included in the same draw and each valid entry has the same chance of selection. Moving a calculator or viewing the page does not award entries.
7. Selection, verification and delivery
After closing, AXIS will freeze the eligible entry pool and select one entry at random. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries in that final pool. Entries from all permitted sources are treated equally. A selected entrant is a potential winner until eligibility, identity and any applicable skill-testing requirement are verified.
Administration schedule: AXIS contacts the selected entrant through their verified account email within two business days of the draw. They have seven calendar days to respond. A Canadian selected entrant must correctly answer an unaided, time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before confirmation; reasonable accessibility arrangements will be available. There is no purchase or payment requirement for either country.
If a selected entrant does not respond, is ineligible or declines the prize, AXIS records the reason and selects another eligible entry. AXIS will not ask the winner to pay an entry, release, shipping or import fee. Shoe sourcing and any agreed extension follow section 4; mandatory local delivery deadlines take precedence.
8. Fair use and records
Entries are tied to the verified account and rules version. The server records the source, date and time of each entry. Retries are safe and cannot duplicate an entry. AXIS may investigate manipulation, multiple accounts or materially false declarations, and document any exclusion. Ordinary membership cancellation is not grounds to remove earned entries. If you believe your balance is wrong, contact support@axisbasketballdevelopment.com with the relevant date and account email; do not send a password.
If technical or integrity problems occur, AXIS may pause new entries and post a notice while investigating. It will not silently change the published entry rates or eligibility. No interruption creates a right to fabricated or backdated entries. Any remedy must respect applicable law and preserve fair treatment.
9. Privacy and communications
AXIS uses the adult entrant’s name, verified email, country, eligibility confirmations and entry records to administer, verify, audit and fulfil the giveaway. Shipping address and shoe size are requested from the selected entrant, not all entrants. No marketing consent is required. Contest administration messages do not enroll you in newsletters. Winner photos, testimonials and optional public announcements require separate permission. AXIS will provide winner-list information where required by applicable law, limited to the required details; entrants can request the result through the support address after the prize is confirmed.
Personal information used in an eligibility or winner decision will be retained for at least the period required by applicable law, including the applicable one-year BC decision-record requirement, and then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Deleting your account before the draw withdraws its entries from selection. Necessary decision/dispute records may be retained as required by law; an anonymized ledger can remain. 10. Independent promotion
Apple, Nike and their affiliates do not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion. Mandatory rights under applicable local law are preserved. BC or Canadian governing-law language does not remove mandatory protections in an eligible entrant’s jurisdiction.
